A lot of Danish companies prefer India as an alternative to China rather than other South East Asian competitors such as Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines, Søren Holm Johansen, Chairman of the India Denmark Chamber of Commerce said in an interview.
Speaking to The Hindu, Mr. Johansen explained that the biggest draw for Danish companies to India is the talent pool available here. The Indian Danish Chamber of Commerce in Denmark on Wednesday (April 8, 2026) announced the establishment of its New Delhi chapter.
