Poster for The Hindu Best Places to Work 2026, powered by Workl.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been reshaping and transforming Indian businesses by impacting back office operations to boardroom strategies, as per WorkL, an employee engagement platform that surveys and tracks employee well-being across enterprises.
It further said, recent employee surveys indicate that both employees and employers were largely positive about AI’s effects on performance and working conditions, especially in manufacturing and finance sectors.
The Hindu Best Places to Work Awards are open for enterprises across India. Businesses enrolling in it will not only understand their own Flight Risk (attrition) score, but also be able to gauge overall employee engagement score, their Confidence in Management indicator, NPS (net promoter score), six steps to workplace engagement scores and will also have data benchmarked against global industry scores.
