Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd. engaged in developing and manufacturing generic pharmaceutical products in the B2B segment for U.S., Canada and United Kingdom and Emerging Markets, has announced to enter the capital market with an initial public offering (IPO) in the price band of ₹372-391 per equity share of face value of ₹10 each.
The IPO opens on Friday (December 20, 2024) and will close on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Investors can bid for a minimum of 38 equity shares and in multiples of 38 shares thereafter.
The IPO comprises fresh issue of up to ₹500 crore and an offer of sale of up to 21,00,000 shares amounting up to ₹82.11 crore at the upper price band.
