Peninsula Land Limited, a part of the Ashok Piramal Group, has forayed into high-end plotted real estate through Peninsula Estates, its plotted development vertical.
It’s first project is in Alibaug which is close to Mumbai and targeted at high networth individuals (HNIs) from Mumbai and property investors from India and abroad.
