Actor Nayanthara has joined the sets of the highly-anticipated Malayalam film starring Mammootty and Mohanlal. Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, the movie is tentatively titled MMMN.
Other actors in the film are Fahadh Faasil, Kunchako Boban and Darshana Rajendran. MMMN is jointly bankrolled by Mammootty’s production house Mammootty Kampany and Anto Joseph’s banner Anto Joseph Film Company.

Nayanthara and Mammootty had previously worked in Siddique’s Bhaskar the Rascal (2018) and Puthiya Niyamam (2016). Director Mahesh Narayanan has confirmed that Mammootty and Mohanlal will have prominent roles in the movie and they aren’t playing cameos in the film, touted to be a thriller.
Manush Nandan, who worked in Dunki (2023)starring Shah Rukh Khan, is the movie’s cinematographer. MMMN went on floors in November 2024 in Sri Lanka and the film is set to be shot in Azerbaijan, United Arab Emirates, London, Thailand, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Kochi.

Meanwhile, Mammootty, who recently starred in Gautam Menon’s Dominic and the Ladies Purse, will next be seen in Bazooka, directed by Deeno Dennis. The film will hit the screens on April 10, 2025. Mohanlal is awaiting the release of L2: Empuraan. A sequel to Lucifer (2019), the Prithviraj Sukumaran-directorial will hit the screens on March 27, 2025.
