Mamata Machinery Ltd. has announced the offer for sale (OFS) of its equity shares in the price band of ₹230 to ₹243 per share. The company is offering for sale 73.82 lakh shares of promoter shareholders.
At the upper price band, the size of the issue is estimated at ₹179 crore. Bids will open on December 19 and the issue will close on December 23.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 61 shares and 61 shares thereafter. A discount of ₹12 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees.
