Bajaj Auto Ltd. for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025 reported 53% growth in consolidated net profit to ₹2,122 crore as compared with ₹1,385 crore a year ago. Total revenue from operations during the quarter grew 20% Year on Year (YoY) to ₹16,311 crore.
On a standalone basis the company’s net profit grew 24% YoY to ₹2,480 crore. Turnover grew 13% YoY to ₹15,291 crore.
During the quarter the company reported 6% YoY jump in vehicles wholesale at 12,94,120 units.
The company said its domestic business delivered record revenue, as it stepped up growth on premium bikes and double digit growth on CVs. The GST rate change and upbeat festive sentiment provided a fillip to the upswing, it said.
Domestic motorcycles saw sequential volume-led double digit revenue growth, driven by the sport segment particularly at the top end.
Commercial vehicles hit record volumes and revenue, led by the strong show on both ICE and electric fronts. Double digit revenue growth was driven by the electric portfolio, which grew 1.5 times YoY, the company said.
